Legendarily boring; pretty, but pointless

No targeting, no attack selection, no formation selection, no customization, no equipment, no skill trees, no class specialization, NO PLOT... Ive never seen such a dumbed down RPG in my life. And the AI is incredible! Will switch targets back and forth seemingly at random turning an easy win into defeat. How is his so bad?
